Sarah Portnoy

Portnoy teaches courses on Los Angeles' Latino food culture and food justice at the University of Southern California. Dr. Portnoy has contributed to the LA Times, LA Weekly, KCET and numerous academic publications. She has been interviewed on KCRW's Press Play with Madeline Brand, Good Food, and has spoken at universities and museums. Her most recent book is, "Food, Health, and Culture in Latino Los Angeles."
