Ben Mims

He's worked as the test kitchen director at Lucky Peach, food editor at Saveur and Food & Wine, and pastry chef at Bar Agricole in San Francisco. He was just named Cooking Columnist at the Los Angeles Times. Ben is the author of three cookbooks, including "Air Fry Every Day" and "Sweet and Southern: Classic Desserts with a Twist."
