Alonso Nùñez

ALONSO NÚNEZ was born in 1969 in Mexico City, and his parents named him after the literary world’s most beloved lunatic, Alonso el Bueno, better known as Don Quixote of La Mancha. He is the author of several bestselling children’s books in Mexico, which have been translated to Chinese, Korean, and Portuguese. Alonso won the International Children and Young Adult Bok Fair Award (FILIJ, Mexico) and the National Chamber of The Mexican Publishing Industry Award (CANIEM, Mexico)  in the electronic book category. His most recent book  Zig Zag is a fun and interactive children's book that weaves English and Spanish words together through a maze of alphabet letters going against the traditional ways of learning either language's alphabet.
