Luz is an Ed-D student studying Organizational Change and Leadership at the University of Southern California. She conducts research in K-12 School Culture and Climate and Leadership Strategies that, specifically help mitigate harassment and bullying in schools. Currently, she is working on projects that seek to provide students with a safe and supportive environment free from bullying and harassment.
